RFP Opportunity: External Evaluator (Multi-Year)
The Aboriginal Friendship Centre of Calgary (AFCC) is seeking a qualified External Evaluator for our Ahmahtoo’siim-ahkoohmsi (Smudge Vow) Project Expansion.
This multi-year contract focuses on evaluating our Indigenous-led crime prevention and community reintegration program. We are looking for a partner capable of blending Indigenous methodologies with Western evaluation standards to support our federal reporting and program growth.
Key Details
- Scope: Develop a culturally grounded framework, collaborate with Elders and staff, and manage annual reporting.
- Qualifications: Proven experience in program evaluation and working alongside Indigenous communities.
