Status Card Clinic

UPCOMING CLOSURES: Please note, the Status Card Clinic will be closed to the public on the following dates:

  • Friday, July 4, 2025

  • Tuesday, July 8, 2025

  • Thursday, July 31, through Friday, August 8, 2025 (inclusive)

Regular services will be available on all other business days. We thank you for your understanding.

AFCC Main Office & Indigenous Hub

Our downtown Indigenous Hub (iitaohkanitsini’kotsiiyio’p – “place of conversation”) is a welcoming space for community connection, cultural engagement, and direct support.

Our Centre is a gathering space created for Indigenous Elders and Seniors. We warmly welcome all community members to join our programs in a spirit of friendship and respect.
