Hello, Elders, friends, and community members! The official Elders’ Drop-In Centre (Kanakaa’tsinom) calendar for November 2025 is here! This month, our programs are dedicated to honouring our veterans, fostering warmth and kinship, and getting a head start on the holiday season.
Our centre, also known as “All Friends Place,” remains a safe and welcoming space for culture, connection, and good company throughout the month.
Highlights and Special Events

Honouring Our Veterans: This November, we honour our veterans on Indigenous Veterans Day (Nov 8)and Remembrance Day (Nov 11 CLOSED).

Join us for our Remembrance FEAST on November 6th and hands-on crafts like Felt Poppy Making on November 4th.

Feasting and Fellowship: Don’t miss our two community FEASTS this month (Nov 6 & Nov 20). We’ll also have our regular Coffee, Tea & Bannock every Friday.

Seasonal Fun: Find warmth and healing with NAPI Storytelling (Nov 16) and get festive with our Christmas Earring Craft (Nov 17) and Christmas Ornaments craft (Nov 24).

Centre Closure: Please note the centre will be CLOSED on Tuesday, November 11th for Remembrance Day.
