This September, you’re invited to get creative and join us in a powerful act of commemoration. The Aboriginal Friendship Centre of Calgary has put together an all-inclusive DIY kit that you can pick up and use to bead a meaningful Orange T-Shirt Lapel Pin or Every Child Matters (ECM) Necklace.
This is a wonderful opportunity to honor the survivors of residential schools and the children who never came home, from the comfort of your own space. The kit provides everything you need to create a piece of art that carries a message of remembrance and support.
