The Aboriginal Friendship Centre of Calgary (AFCC) is deeply honoured to introduce Elder and Grandmother Leanne Sleigh as a new member of our Board of Directors.

A respected Siksika leader and a fluent Siksika speaker, Grandmother Leanne brings nearly 17 years of experience in Traditional Wellness and Cultural Program Coordination for Siksika Health Services. Her guidance is vital to ensuring the AFCC’s mission is grounded in cultural strength, particularly within health and wellness initiatives.
