Status Card Clinic

UPCOMING CLOSURES: Please note, the Status Card Clinic will be closed to the public on the following dates:

  • Friday, July 4, 2025

  • Tuesday, July 8, 2025

  • Thursday, July 31, through Friday, August 8, 2025 (inclusive)

Regular services will be available on all other business days. We thank you for your understanding.

AFCC Main Office & Indigenous Hub

Our downtown Indigenous Hub (iitaohkanitsini’kotsiiyio’p – “place of conversation”) is a welcoming space for community connection, cultural engagement, and direct support.

Our Centre is a gathering space created for Indigenous Elders and Seniors. We warmly welcome all community members to join our programs in a spirit of friendship and respect.

Cooking Class🧑‍🍳

Oki, friends and fellow food lovers!

Let’s gather in the kitchen! We are hosting a fun, hands-on cooking class specially for our Indigenous Elders and seniors. All seniors are welcome to join us, share recipes, and make new friends.

What are we making? It’s a delicious surprise! Join us to learn a new recipe or share your own kitchen skills. We will chop, cook, and laugh together. And the best part? We will all sit down to enjoy the wonderful meal we prepared as a community.

It’s a perfect time to learn something new and enjoy good food with good company. To find out what tasty dish is on the menu, please give us a call!
