PROGRAM COORDINATOR FOSTER CARE
Description

In this full-time position, the Foster Care Coordinator is responsible for providing support to foster parents by developing and facilitating implementation of treatment plans, ensuring foster parent attendance at required training sessions, conducting performance evaluations, arranging for coverage of care when needed and supporting administrative practices and requirements. The Foster Care Coordinator is accountable for treatment implementation for all children, young adults and families served by the program in alignment with the Teaching-Family Model. The person in this position is required to become a proficient supervisor, ensuring the effective implementation of the Teaching-Family Model, and must be willing to participate in all training, consultation and evaluation requirements to ensure fidelity of the model. The Foster Care Coordinator is responsible for the recruitment and assessment of potential foster families and on-call responsibilities at the Agency level are required as part of this position. Given that this is an entry level leadership position in the Agency, the person filling this position is expected to support all other CTH programs when needed.
